About Me

I feel honored to be doing this work, to be invited into lives and witness immeasurable depth of spirit and growth of capacities. To be able to offer people a place to retreat to every week to rest, discover, or challenge themselves, is a gift I am grateful to be able to offer.

I have been providing counselling for over 12 years in my private practice. In my Masters in Counselling Psychology degree I received from The California Institute of Integral Studies, in San Francisco, California, I specialised in Expressive Arts Therapy and this training is still the foundation to my therapeutic approach. Through all my years in practice I have been fortunate to continue layering this work with multiple ways of creating collaborative and dynamic healing breakthroughs and sustainable change.

Those short and long term approaches draw from the following schools of thought: Psychodynamic, Jungian, Humanistic, Trauma Informed, Cognitive behavioral, Narrative, Family systems, Existential, Transpersonal, Ecopsychology

I weave all of these approaches into the expressive arts and follow the client’s lead to facilitate a unique individual process through the visual arts, movement, music, drama based techniques, as well as guided imagery, ritual building, sandtray and dream-work.
